Job Description

As Guest Service Executive, you will serve on the Guest Happiness Team, to provide our Guests with a seamless digital tailoring experience. A Guest Service Executive truly influences the final impression of our guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:rnrnAchieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.rnEnsure a happy and a positive Guest experience.rnEnsure that the Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or Tailors.rnDemonstrate a high level of service to guests and tailors at all times.rnAttend appropriate training courses, when required.rnDemonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of Kandora Tailoring, Fabrics, men’s fashion accessories, kandora customization options, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.rnEnsure a high level of product knowledge about the tailors, their strengths and weaknesses and their local area.rnUse up-selling techniques to drive sales.rnAnswer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take or cancel orders, or resolving complaints.rnKeep records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.rnFollow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on guests’' requests.rnCoordinating with tailors and guest for a smooth and timely processing and delivery of orders.rnUse the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies and credit cards as per policy.rnAct in accordance with policies and procedures set forth in the standard operating manualsrnFollow company brand standardsrnRefer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.rnAssist other departments, as necessaryrn rnrnWhat are we looking for?rnrn Guest Service Executives serving Mythoby Brand are always working on behalf of our Guests & Partners and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:rnrnPrevious guest service experience in an e-commerce industry.rn Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills rn Commitment to delivering a high level of guest service rn Calm, composed, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail rn Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest rn Ability to work on your own and as part of a team rn Competent level of IT proficiency rnSpoken and written Fluency in Arabic and EnglishrnKnowledge of Google analytics is a plus. rnIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:rnrnFront Office/Concierge/Customer service experience in the Hospitality, e-commerce, Travel and/or entertainment sectorsrn Conflict resolution experience rnFluency in UrdurnAs Guest Service Executive, you will serve on the Guest Happiness Team, to provide our Guests with a seamless digital tailoring experience. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:rnrn Previous customer service experience in an e-commerce industry.rn Spoken and written Fluency in Arabic and English is compulsory. Urdu is preferred.rn Competent level of IT proficiencyrn Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take or cancel orders, or resolving complaints.rn Keep records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.rn Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guestrn Coordinating with tailors and guest for a smooth and timely processing and delivery of orders.rn Assist other departments, as necessary.rn
