• Job Location - Vile Parle
• Experience - 1 - 3 yrs
• Should be Excellent on communication.

• Job Profile:
• Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team), both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team)
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
• Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
• Handling incoming outgoing calls.
• Resolving customers query.
• Handling AMC calls.
• Handling billing.
