Job Requirements:

Possess knowledge of the legal issues commonly found in standard transactional business documents, with experience in the technology field preferred.
Broad experience in subject matter law
Ability to manage many projects simultaneously
Understanding confidentiality requirements
Should have prior work experience outside of legal area
Must have 2-3 years in supervisory role preferred
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Healthcare domain experience preferred
