Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Digital Creative Lead for Techno Park .
Identify & conceive new shows for the digital team for digital consumption
Conceive & execute the projects end to end
Ensure that the story boards, themes and animatic treatment of all shows is suited to the digital audience & in keeping with the consumption tastes of the digital audience
Constantly provide ideas and inputs to the channel management team on new shows, improvement of existing shows, special opportunity/event based shows etc.
Ability to conceive and execute treand themes and special short videos at short notice & short turnaround times
Ownership for the analytic numbers of the shows being streamed
Constantly carry out activities & ideation towards improvement of the analytic numbers
Carry our process audits to ensure seamless integration between the digital and production teams
Be abreast with all the latest treands in the digital space and with the competitor activities.
Constantly evaluate successful shows in competition channels and bring out ideas of launching higher number driving shows.
Ability to work within the stipulated budgets without compromising on quality
Ability to work seamlessly as a team man & integrate all ideas
Ability to adhere to timelines of new idea ideation, development, production & delivery
Good knowledge of the Youtube ecosystem & the requirements for digital audience development
Negotiate with producers for acquiring new/existing content for digital exploitation.
