Job Description

Key responsibilities:

· Design and detail engineering of Valve and associated assembly.

· Creation of assembly drawings, bill of materials, manufacturing drawings and other documents defined as Engineering deliverable.

· Pre-engineering support for sales during pre-order stage.

Required Skills:

· Good understanding on Valve design (preferably Butterfly Valve, Ball/Spherical Valve and Control valve)

· Must have working knowledge of NX or Solid works & AutoCAD. Skills required both in 2D and 3D.

· Good knowledge on ASME/EN/ASTM Standards Codes.

· Good knowledge on basic engineering principles and calculations.

· Good knowledge on valve actuation pneumatic, hydraulic and associated controls.

· Good knowledge on BOM structure and workflow.

· Good communications skills.

· Working knowledge on MS Office, advanced skills in Excel preferred.

Education qualification and Experience:

· Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed college.

· 0-2 years of design experience in a valve or other industry.
