| 1. | Jobsomega is a popular portal active in HR and Placement services since last two decades. |
| 2. | As part of the expansion, Jobsomega is appointing new Channel Partners in selected areas to promote and manage Jobsomega supports by providing services to the local population. |
| 3. | An individual having good reputation and wide customer contact would be an ideal partner to carry out the operation. |
| 4. | Selection of Channel Partner will be on evaluating the credentials and verification, and final decision will be by Jobsomega team. |
| 5. | Channel Partner will be responsible to conduct the business as per the guidelines, systems and norms of Jobsomega from time to time. |
| 6. | Channel Partner shall agree to arrange required space for operation, network connection, systems, manpower and relevant facilities for the smooth management of the process. |
| 7. | Channel Partner shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations stipulated by Jobsomega and shall never give any false promise or collect charges other than fixed for each services. |
| 8. | Channel Partners shall generate minimum agreed volume of business for each term. |
| 9. | Jobsomega will be providing operating details and training on each service to the team members of the Channel Partner whenever needed. |
