Job Description
Urgent requirement for Windows Technical Support Executive in Info Park .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inbound Helpdesk calls to support Windows servers and desktop issues for
customer in the US, UK and Australia.
• Monitor and manage Windows servers.
• Active Directory management.
• Remote support on M.S office, Quickbooks & Sage.
• Associate with NOC and SOC team.
• Coordinate with ISPs and Vendors.
Remote Support over phone, chat and mail.
QUALIFICATION:
• Any degree with one year experience in Call Centre Voice support.Freshers can apply
• Experience in International voice support is preferred,but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Experience in technical support is a plus but not necessary.
