• Setting up strong distribution
• Product and Market development including opening of new territories
• Brand promotions at rural markets, Explore the potential to untapped and underdeveloped markets
• Achieving sales growth as per the business plan
• Training and development of the team
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Prepare strategy for product promotions.
• Conduct strategic planning for launching new products.
• Gather market and competitor information and share with key stake holders.
• Maintain a Harmonious Relation between Company and all the Stake Holders.
