We are looking for a marketing manager to run our demand generation campaigns and manage our team of talented designers and content editors. This individual should have a strong background in digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email marketing and content marketing. Experience managing teams is necessary and experience working with remote teams is preferred. Main Responsibilities
• Developing marketing campaign strategy
o Planning promotions and offers
o Ensure all campaigns are launched in a timely manner
o Coordinate between Inbound marketing, Content and Creative teams to ensure project is transitioned seamlessly and developed as per guidelines.
• Assist in developing content strategy and editorial calendar
o Work with the content editor to brainstorm content ideas that would resonate with the audience
o Use metrics and analytics to gauge best performing content assets and use this to guide future content roadmap
o Manage timelines and deliverables associated with content strategy and ensure content is launched/distributed on time and with quality.
• Manage requests and deliverables to Inbound marketing team (Inbound includes Email, SEO, Social Media etc.)
o Gather and interpret requests for demand generation from inbound marketing team into marketing campaigns/projects
o Schedule marketing campaign tasks and activities in order to achieve monthly campaign plan
o Deliver final campaign assets to Inbound marketing team on time
• Monitor and Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and recommend course correction when required
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of online marketing experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing teams or people
• Excellent project management skills
• Deep digital marketing experience, knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Eager to get things done and highly self-motivated
• Works well in a deadline-driven environment
