Urgent Requirement for QA Team Lead For Info Park .
• Test plan and test strategy preparation
• Testing team coordination
• Requirements analysis from the client
• Test cases development and review
• Test result reporting
• Knowing QA best practices and how to create processes to drive quality in a product.
Preparing Test Scenarios
• Defect Tracking and Reporting
• Communication with the Developers, Project Managers and Clients
• Must be familiar with End to End testing, Mobile Testing, Web application and services
• Must be familiar with Test Metrics, Change and Release Management processes.
• Execute test case - Automation is a must .
• Strong knowledge on writing and running scripts related to test data from front end and back end systems.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Leadership and initiative skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to track and manage numerous parallel activities
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good exposure in selenium
