Job Summary
Basic Computer Hardware Knowledge
Responsibilities and Duties
• Understand and document business Desktop requirements, Support documents, and Knowledge articles
• Work with Desktop Engineering team as assistant.
• Active with hands-on management and execution of large scale Desktop deployments.
• Support and understand all components of Desktop environment including PC builds, Antivirus, Software Deployment, Printing, File Shares,
• Provide Desktop knowledge transfer to outsourced teams for consistent implementation and support
• Meet with vendors to understand and implement new Desktop technologies (Along with Sr Engineer)
• Act as L1 Desktop support escalation for Desktop problem resolution
Requirement for the Job
• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
• (MCP certification is preferred)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: Fresher
• Reporting To: Area Manager
