Logistics Coordinator responsibilities

1.Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
2.Prepare accurate bills of lading
3.Satisfy air bills in a timely manner
4.Communicate with van lines and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
5.Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
6.Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
7.Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
8.Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
9.Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
