Looking For Business Development Manager for our Company Motif Graphics Pvt Ltd

Role : Sales Marketing
Study and understand the products & services very well to prepare a strategic plan for business development.
Develop this business strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Generate innovative ideas to make the MOTIF brand popular
Promote the companys wide range of services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Research prospective clients in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contracts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition and positioning in the market.
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Closing the leads by providing technical detail of the product required by the clients.
Co-ordinate with the production manager for further production process.
Taking follow up with accounts department for billing process.
Renew and prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Close potential business deals by analyzing our requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; etc.
