Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Fingent’s product/service and the persona of our target audience.
- Create good content that will resonate with our target audience.
- Manage our list of content providers and ensure quality content is delivered from them.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to identify new venues where Fingent can be represented in terms of content marketing.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing department to tap into opportunities for content marketing.
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies. Distribute content across all channels and improve reach.
- Develop the content calendar and ensure that it aligns with the campaign strategy.
- Keep track of KPI’s and ensure that tasks and schedules are met consistently.
- Generate new ideas to engage the target audience.
- Engage with Management and Technical Team Leads to create content based on their input.
- Ensure that case studies and whitepapers are updated according to project completion schedules.
- Work closely with the creative team for producing marketing content.
Requirement:
- Experience working in the IT industry.
- Proven work experience as a content manager, with a good understanding of digital marketing.
- Good Editing and Writing skills, with hands-on experience with MS Office and
WordPress.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Self-motivating, taking action and achieving results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Research and Analytical skills and engage with key stakeholders to create professional reports and marketing collaterals.
- Experience with google analytics and social channels
