1. Manage Organization’s Resource Augmentation Sales Activities
2. Ability to build a team of executives capable of delivering results
3. Engagement and interacting with CXO/Business Head level Enterprise customers, focus on large Captive accounts (Software, Manufacturing, Financial services & Aviation Industries)
4. Credible experience in Engaging technology based solutions (both IT and Business) to strategic customers across Enterprise customers.
5. Should have exposure in IT professional services (Staff augmentation) selling.
6. Exposure to MIS Reporting of Weekly Sales/Marketing Activities
7. Must have a strong business and financial acumen.
8. Possess Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
9. Book appointments with potential customers and present company/solution highlights and pre-sales activities

Qualifications
- BTech/BE - Any Specialization
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
