Job Responsibility
Responsible for sourcing, screening profiles matching the requirement criteria. This would include searching of right candidates from various methods like job portals, social media
Ready to take up challenges and work in flexible environment.
Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
Work in various documentation activities, like preparation of JDs, candidate evaluation reports / profiles etc.
Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Leaves and Attendance management.
Induction and Training process.
Ready to work in target basis.
