The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Qualification: MBA
Conduct competitive analysis for the company and make sure that the company maintains a firm position with the clients. Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the old clients and hunting for new potential clients in the market. Conducting training programs for the managers of all the departments of the organization and make the team aware of the future plans and strategies. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Able to manage multiple and competing priorities through effective people and time management skills.
