Job Description

a.i. In charge for the sales of Kerala Region.
a.ii. Make price and technical proposal to clients.
a.iii. Develop client and supplier relation ship
a.iv. Pursue sales opportunities by implementing strategies set by management.
a.v. Conduct routine field visits within area assigned.
a.vi. Maintain and comprehend existing and potential Technical assigned Products specifications, their added value and target market and competitors intelligence.
a.vii. Provide the General management with monthly and annual sales budgets, sales reports and sales visits describing all activities and market opportunities.
a.viii. Responsible for reporting to the Sales Manager and accountable for lead generation.
a.ix. Price payment negotiations, supplier prequalification, follow up & expedite to place the order.
a.x. Make weekly activity report and for the following week itinerary.
a.xi. Maintain close coordination with Vendor, explore partnering and cost reduction.
a.xii. Identify client-wise product potentials and new sectors and applications for products.
a.xiii. Make collection deposit directly to company’s accounts.
a.xiv. Ensure that client’s inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally oversee assigned Product offers follow up and closing.
a.xv. Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
a.xvi. Working with the engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met.
a.xvii. Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our established internal communication systems


1. Support sales and marketing teams in achieving hundred percent outcomes.
2. Generate marketing efforts to maximize business opportunities.
3. Assist and support sales personnel in expanding customer base.
4. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures.
5. Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager
6. To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager
7. Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work, Up-keep of a client and agents database – updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
8. Compilation of weekly overview sheets to all departments including communication and administration of ancillary services
