Job Description

·         Should be of a strong personality, good leadership and convincing skills.

·         Review the monthly Balance Sheets and reports from the group

·         Support and work closely with the Business Unit Accountants and Controllers to provide reassurance of the Balance Sheet presented for the month.

·         Follow-up any unresolved items with the various finance teams within the Group.

·         Support the Quarterly reporting process for Group, Regions and different Legal Entities.

·         Visit regions to perform reviews and to assist with improvement of closing/reporting

·         Fluency in English / Communication Skills

·         Bachelors of Science degree in commerce

·         Minimum 10 to 15 year  experience for Senior Accountant – preferably a Chartered Accountant

·         General business and commercial understanding, including process understanding and tax structure understanding

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail

·         Solid experience of using Excel and Tally

·         Skilled in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within the  team and with other employees/line manager

·         Skilled in managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines

·         Hard worker

·         Should know the value of Team work

·         Should have management skill
