Job Description
Technical: -
1. Installation and update of client applicaitons.
2. Take ownership of client issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
3. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve client issues when required.
4. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
5. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Clients.
6. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Responsibilities:-
- Work with Clients
- Timely Support to the Client.
Others:-
-Good Written and oral communication skills (Kannada & English)
-Ability to do multi-task and work under pressure
Education:
Diploma/Degree in IT related areas.
Salary: Commensurate with the Industry standards
