Critical order management on daily based calls, fax, and emails from customers.
Day to day interaction with end customers and clients.
Documentation and reporting.
Preferred Skills
0 – 1 year of experience with excellent command over English (Verbal and written)
Graduate in any discipline (awaiting results can also apply. (Preferably - BA, BSC, B.Com and BBA).
Computer efficiency is mandatory
Customer service orientation, Team player
Open to work in early morning shifts (Australian Process)v
Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
