Job Description
We’re looking for a true travel expert.
Your responsibilities will be to
1) Help customer plan perfectly organized tickets online, over the telephone or by email for corporate clients.
2) Issue flight tickets, Date change, Reissue, Cancellation.
3) Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in regions.
4) Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares.
The ideal candidate is
1)Excellent in communication skills
2) At least 1 years of experience in ticketing and reservation role in IATA travel agency and handling corporate customers.
3) Experience working with Amadeus/Sabre GDS.
4) An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
