Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the collection domain.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of debt recovery procedures and compliance regulations.
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification will be a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
