Qualification & Skills Required:
B tech/BE( EEE/ ECE) BSC (Electronics)
A Techno commercial requires a balance of half technical and half customer relation and support skills to thrive in their job.
Technical skills include proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as embedded c Verilog and python
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
IT skills, including the use of Google sheets
Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work
Decision-making skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
Roles and Responsibility:
Deliver quality corporate training sessions.
Review student programs, debug and clear doubts of students
Help students in the practical execution of training concepts.
Handle End-To End Training - Course Content Preparation, Material Preparation, Projects handling etc.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
