Key Responsibilities
Facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Conduct technical training programs.
Boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values.
Training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials.
Managing all phases of training interventions.

Qualification / Requirement
Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA
3+ years of experience in Development/ Technical training at the corporate level.
Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.
Experience in teaching one or more technologies at the corporate level.
Knowledge in MS Office products, Java, C, C++, PHP, MySQL, Databases is mandatory.
