Years of Experience: 3-5
3 years minimum experience working in a software support role
Experience working within AWS and/or Azure cloud environment
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & SQL Server experience
Knowledge of Macintosh Operating Systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with software distribution and deployment systems
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Programming: Visual Basic, .NET,Windows Server,Visual Studio,JavaScript 1.8.5 (ECMAScript 5), REST service
Cloud: MCSE / MCITP/MCP/ RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator)/ VCP (VMware Certified Professional) Azure, OMS, AWS Trained/Certified,Cloud platforms AWS, Azure,Google
Flexible to cover US or European work hours.
