Job Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems remotely, proficient in and remote management and help desk support.
• Telephonic desktop support, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, software & driver installation, backup & recovery.
• Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related software applications.
• Knowledge of networking concepts/ technologies and system security is must
• Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently.
• Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical issues with colleagues at all levels within and outside organization.
• Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.
