Job Summary

Role: Team Lead/Dev Lead
Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Exp required: 6+ Years


Responsibilities:

Ability to understand, capture the business requirements and fine-tune.
Research industry trends and explore options for adoption with guidance
Create requirement documents (such as traceability matrix, bridge documents, etc.) under supervision provide inputs/ create estimates and solutions (based on the size of the project)
Create design documents identify impacted areas based on the change requests understand the data and model the requirements
Knowledge of Architecture principles, models, and patterns.
Understand system integration concepts and patterns.
Team Management and mentoring developers

Preferred skills

Strong technical skills in.NET Framework: C#, ASP.NET(MVC), JQuery, Angular/React, JavaScript, CSS, WebAPI, SQL Server Database, and HTML
Experiences in tools like TFS and JIRA
Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new concepts quickly
Experience in Agile (Scrum) process
Excellent communication skills
