Minimum 6 months experience in Tele calling (Freshers also can apply)

Salary
*Depending upon experience and interview performance)
*As we are not providing PF or ESI the salary will be in-hand salary which will be directly deposited into your account
*Salary date will be based on your joining date.

Leaves and Holidays:
*8 Casual leaves,
*12 Sick leaves which are not applicable during the probation period
*10 holidays in a year.

Other details:
*Working time - 9 AM to 5:30 PM
*Working days - Monday to Saturday
*Probation period – 3 months

This job primarily requires counselling skills, patience and convincing skills. The leads being assigned to the branch will be handled by the counsellors, contacting enquired students and clearing their doubts, thereby guiding them to the apt country of their choice. Arkaiz has tie-ups with universities across the globe and students should be advised of university options that suit the entry requirements based on their academics and overall profile strength. Intense training on various destinations and universities will be provided to the new joiners by the training division to effectively fulfil the responsibilities entrusted. Arkaiz has a thorough filtering process to pick the best candidate out of the profiles enquired.

? Primary Responsibilities
• Making effective counselling to the inbound enquiries assigned through CRM and attending IVR Calls.
• Perform offline and virtual counselling to all the leads received.
• Follow up with the lead, and give assistance till the lead register with the organization and collect the required documents for submitting the University application, and shortlisting of courses from the portal or University site.
• Maintain the data in CRM.
• Share the daily report with the Branch-In-Charge and attend the meetings.
• Assist Branch-in-Charge in achieving the target of annual enrollments assigned for a branch.
• Support the Branch-in-Charge in the preparation of the daily report.
? Secondary Responsibilities
• Participating/conducting Regional/International/National ground activities as and when required.
• Performing pre-departure seminars (If, required).
