Job Description

1. Lead a shift of Staff nurses.

2. Ensure Continuity of Care is maintained by the efficient handover and takeover of reports, with clear communication at all times

3. Educate patients & patient families & provide caring support

4. Administer the treatment as suggested by the doctors & monitor & supervise the patients

5. Manage patient care & treatment related documentation

6. Manage medical documentation of the patients

7. Manage medical inventory

Previous Experience: ICU/critical care experience is required (min 0-2 years).
