Job Description
To lead and drive the organization’s sales and marketing strategies, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility. The role involves managing dealer/distributor networks, developing marketing campaigns, and aligning sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Strategic Leadership
o Define and implement sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
o Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
Dealer/Channel Management
o Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
o Design dealer incentive programs and promotional schemes.
o Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Sales Management
o Lead regional sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
o Establish KPIs and track performance across territories.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expertise in sales strategy, channel management, and marketing execution.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.

🎓 Qualifications
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial post
o Provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
o Adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
