Placing Booking in Shipping line and take regular follow ups and coordinate till the shipment is departure

Well versed with shipping line software like Odexetc

Handling the cargo movement in chart / software

Follow up with internal team and sales person and updating them on the shipment release status

Updating Booking Chart, Preparing DSR and its timely updation .

Good terms with Shipping Lines and knowledge of the incoterms and also the Documentation procedure

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Shipping Documentation,Booking exeutive: 0-2 years (Preferred)
