Job Description

SEO writer is a writer who writes search engine optimized content. The main duties of an SEO content writer include: Writing search engine optimized copy. Optimizing current copy on a client's website (page titles, Meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
• Experience with keyword planning & keyword research
• Experience in managing relevant SEO Tools.
• Familiarity with Google Search bot, Google Search Console and Google Analytics in order to understand organic search trends generated by technical SEO
changes as well as compliance with Google technical standards
• A high degree of initiative and reliability
• Distinct communication skills and a goal-oriented and team-oriented way of working.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including SEO site architecture, tags, HTML coding, site speed optimization, automation and scalability
• In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end performance.
• Expert in all areas of SEO including strong technical skills (html, scripting, programming, site architecture and content management systems).
• Comfortable coordinating with Designers, Programmers & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites.
• Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever-changing search engine landscape and algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends,
practice and social triggers.
• Ability to utilize social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, blogs and articles to influence search engine visibility.
• Create search engines and human-friendly content for new pages, blogs and articles.
• Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights for the creation of organic search strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks.
• Conduct thorough research on companies and competitors.
