"We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 8–15 years
of experience in joinery factories. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in operating and
managing woodworking machinery, with the ability
to work independently without supervision. A thorough understanding
of production processes, manufacturing methods, and installation
requirements is essential. Candidates with experience in luxury


custom-made joinery and furniture projects will be highly preferred.
"The salary starts from AED 2,000 and will be determined based
on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance in the
practical test. The company provides free accommodation,
free transportation between the accommodation and
workplace, employment visa, and medical insurance.
Employees are entitled to annual leave as per UAE Labour
Law, with leave salary calculated based on the basic salary.
Additionally, the company provides a one-way air ticket
during the annual vacation period."

"The candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding shop
drawings and technical drawings, manufacturing products directly
from drawings, and operating woodworking machinery safely and professionally. Duties include
installing, adjusting, and replacing machine blades and cutters, checking machine accuracy
, ensuring proper machine operation,
and diagnosing production or machinery issues
. The role also requires taking site measurements when
necessary, producing high-quality furniture and joinery products
, preparing cutting lists, optimizing material
utilization, minimizing waste, and reducing manufacturing costs
. The candidate should continuously work towards improving
production efficiency and workflow, supervise factory workers
and junior carpenters, maintain quality standards, and
participate in installation and site works whenever required."
