Roles and responsibilities for Business Development Manager:

Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
Guiding the team to sell the products in the market.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Recruitment of Team, Field calls and visits with team.
Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

Business Development Manager Eligibility Criteria -
4 years proven track record in field sales or marketing with any Industry.
2+ Years of stayed in current city.
Age between 24 to 45
Graduation required
Immediate joiner will be preferred
