Job Description

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding as per approved drawings and site requirements.
Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and safe before use.
Inspect scaffolding materials and report damaged or defective components.
Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and safety access systems.
Follow all HSE policies, work-at-height procedures, and site safety regulations.
Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials safely.
Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain housekeeping and keep the work area clean and organized.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Minimum 2–3 years of scaffolding experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
Knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
Basic English communication skills.
Scaffolding certification (CISRS, TUV, CITB, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
