Job Description
"Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Cosmetics Industry is MANDATORY
UAE sales experience is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the UAE cosmetics, beauty, and personal care market
Experience dealing with retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty stores, salons, and local trade customers
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred"

Identify and secure new sales opportunities and customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports
Support product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention
Coordinate with finance for collection follow-ups and account reconciliation
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and brand representation at customer locations
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events"
