Job Description
Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and onboard hostel partners while ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (property owners, institutes, and corporates).
• Conduct market research to understand demand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion.
• Manage Roomindo sales, institutional collaboration, and property hunting.
• Hire, train, and manage field executives to enhance sales effectiveness and market coverage.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and corporates to drive occupancy rates.
• Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and marketing teams.
• Conduct site visits, negotiate property acquisitions, and close deals aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and business development strategies.
• Represent our Firm at industry events, networking meetings, and business forums to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertisements, and outreach strategies.
• Implement pricing strategies and discount structures to maximize revenue while ensuring competitive positioning.
• Assist in the development of technology-driven solutions to improve customer experience and streamline operations.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay updated on real estate and co-living industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation with hostel partners and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as per company requirements.
