Sales Executive B 2 B wing

We welcome young and energetic male or female candidate with good communication Skill in English, Hindi and Malayalam, at present we have 75% customers from outside Kerala so the communication & presentation skill have higher importance. Person from sales background can easily win the position with best packages.
Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Client Outreach:

Contact and establish initial rapport with potential clients to introduce products or services.
Needs Assessment:

Understand the client's requirements, challenges, and objectives to tailor product or service offerings.
Product/Service Presentation:

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
Handle Objections:

Address any concerns or objections raised by clients to build trust and resolve doubts.
Negotiation and Quotation:

Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions, and provide formal quotations or proposals.
Closing Sales:

Secure commitments from clients to move forward with a purchase, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Account Management:

Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Customer Retention:

Implement strategies to retain clients, including providing excellent customer service, offering incentives, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed sales decisions.
Reporting and Documentation:

Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation. Provide regular reports to management.
Sales Strategy Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals in collaboration with the sales team and management.
Feedback and Improvement:

Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services. Communicate feedback to relevant teams.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying product information and building client relationships.
Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Customer Focus:

A strong customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
Resilience and Persistence:

Sales can be challenging, so a Sales Executive should be persistent and resilient in the face of rejections or obstacles.

Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company strategies.

Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets and goals.
