Job Description
Manage incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding mobility rentals and purchases.Assess client physical and logistical needs to recommend correct wheelchair or scooter variants.Coordinate directly with the logistics and technical team to schedule equipment deliveries, home installations, and collections.Handle patient complaints, warranty inquiries, and replacement requests with absolute empathy and clarity.
1–3 years of dedicated Customer Service experience within the UAE (medical, hospitality, or assistive technology fields preferred).Flawless verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic language capabilities are a major plus).Strong familiarity with CRM logging software and professional WhatsApp Business management.
