The Inside Sales Executive would be part of the B2C function. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & reporting. He/she is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Contact the consumers from the given database and promote the product.
Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch LearnCab product/service accordingly.
Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
0-2 years of experience background from consumer sales, selling educational products or any B2C inside sales exposure.
Strong knowledge about E-learning industry or willing to explore the Edutech industry.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of company products, competitors and its position in the industry.
Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt.
