JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Reservations Agent, you will be a vital part of our hotel's Reservations team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their reservations, inquiries, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless booking experience. You will be responsible for handling reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, offering insights about the hotel's amenities, services, and promotions. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of bookings, process payments, and work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle reservation inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and packages.
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our hotel management system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
Assist guests with special requests, arrangements, and group bookings.
Manage cancellations and modifications following the hotel's policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and promotions.
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information.
Upsell room upgrades and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
