We offer

Dissecting problems using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills, inductive and deductive reasoning, abstract thinking and root-cause analysis
Collaborating on new-to-world quantitative research workstreams, including survey modeling and design, and other data collection techniques
Analyzing large data sets using advanced statistical techniques to identify actionable insights for senior executives

Key responsibilities

Engaging executives from Fortune 500 and mid-size companies to identify their most pressing business challenges
Translating research and survey results into actionable recommendations that clients can implement
Converting research and data analysis results into clear narratives and visually compelling presentations designed to teach senior clients

We are looking for

Advanced degree (Master's level or above) in an analytics-heavy field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Policy Analysis, etc.)
0-2 years of research experience
Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant findings
Experience conducting primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative data
Strong analytical skills, specifically, the ability to solve problems using qualitative and quantitative information and perform root cause and ROI analysis
Experience creating graphical representations of data
Expertise with a statistical package (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, STATA, etc.) for analytics (e.g., multi-variate regressions, logistic regressions, cluster analysis, factor analysis, etc.)
Strong results orientation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and project management skills
Original/creative thinking and superior problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated/self-starter approach to projects
Relevant, practical application of survey design methods
Questionnaire writing : RQ management, screening techniques etc.
Knowledge of Analytical techniques (data/text mining, sentiment analysis, machine learning, etc.)
