Job Description

ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Refrigeration Technician.
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and HVAC principles.
Ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment independently.
Familiarity with commercial cold rooms, freezer units, display chillers, and refrigeration plants is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills; Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.
Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and carry out refrigerant charging and recovery as per safety standards.
Replace defective components such as motors, valves, thermostats, relays, and electrical controls.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Test system performance after repairs and ensure proper cooling efficiency.
Maintain service records and report completed work to the supervisor.
Follow company safety procedures and comply with UAE regulations.
