Amusement Park Ticket Sales and Public Relations Associate at one of the fastest growing
tourism destinations in Wayanad, Karapuzha Adventure Zone, situated in Karapuzha Dam,
Wayanad.

**Position Overview:**
As an Amusement Park Ticket Sales and Public Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role
in ensuring that our visitors have a fantastic experience from the moment they arrive at our park.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through ticket sales and
promoting positive public relations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Ticket Sales:**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Effectively explain ticket options, pricing, and promotions to visitors.
- Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently through the designated system.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain knowledge of park attractions, events, and special offers.
2. **Public Relations:**
- Engage with visitors, answer questions, and provide information about the park's facilities
and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous
manner.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all visitors feel valued
and respected.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events, promotions, and
attractions.
3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient park operations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduation
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a bonus.
