Job Description: Performance Marketer
Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketer at Being Abroad, you will play a crucial role in driving our online marketing campaigns, optimizing their performance, and achieving measurable results. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, implement, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a strong focus on ROI, user acquisition, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies to maximize user acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
• Create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

2. Analytics and Data Analysis:

• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven changes to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.

3. Budget Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to establish budget allocation for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign spend and performance closely, making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals while adhering to budget constraints.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement landing page optimizations and CRO best practices to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance audits and make data-backed recommendations for better user experiences and higher conversion rates.

5. Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare regular performance reports, summarizing key metrics, insights, and campaign results to present to the marketing team and management.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a Performance Marketer, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
2. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Linkedin, Youtube etc.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing performance data.
4. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly to diverse stakeholders.
6. Results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
