Key Responsibilities High-Level Liaison: Serve as the primary, highly effective point of contact for Main Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Architects, and IDs to drive approvals and nurture relationships. Dynamic Multitasking: Seamlessly pivot between pitching new technical sales, preparing precise tender estimations, and jumping on-site to handle execution issues across different projects. Drive Technical Sales: Generate leads, pitch specialized flooring and cladding solutions, and hit revenue goals. 60% Repeat Business: Implement high-touch strategies to ensure strong year-on-year client retention.Site Execution: Coordinate site teams (Engineers, Labor) and suppliers for flawless, on-time project handovers.End-to-End Control. Manage cash flow, payment collections, supply chain logistics, and client dispute resolution.

Minimum RequirementsEducation: Degree in Civil Engineering OR Architecture (Mandatory).

Experience: Proven UAE track record in Technical Sales & Project Operations specifically within flooring systems, decorative concrete, or specialized fit-out finishes.

Mobility: Must own a personal car with a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Skills: Exceptional network management, high multitasking capability, and fluency in estimation/engineering software.

surfaces.Hard & Soft Flooring: Complete technical knowledge of Marble, Granite, Tiles, Wooden/Parquet flooring, Vinyl, LVT, and Carpets.
Vertical Surfaces: Premium Wall Cladding and high-end texture Wall Finishes.
