• Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.rn• Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.rn• Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues, rn• Taking remote access of customer's computer & diagnosing the problemsrn• Convert the customer calls into salesrn• Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targetsrn
