Job Description

· Facilitate Local Dispatches and consignment from one destination to another

· Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and arrange deliveries to meet customer demand with no delay

· Check the PO and SO based on agreed terms, price, Freight and prepare Dispatch Plan

· Co-ordinate and getting the LR(Lorry Receipt) Copy

· Prepare EWAYBILL for dispatches

· Updating dispatch details and share with respective customers

· Couriering Original Invoices with LR to customer

· Working on Portals to accept the PO, Update LR Details, upload invoice, COA and generate ASN

· Keeping updates regarding consignment, documents required during the process and sharing all the necessary details with customer during the consignment delivery

· Addressing all the issues arising during the delivery and ensure customer satisfaction

· Coordinating for transporters bills, Checking and clearing the same

· Continually reviewing freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible

· Facilitate Import Documentation

· Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
