• Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct safety tests and periodic inspections as per industry standards and regulations.
• Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator and escalator breakdowns.
• Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems.
• Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in elevator technology and systems.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
